Diet
The Amur Leopard eats roe deer, musk deer, wild boar, hares, and bagers. The Amur Leopard can not digest plants which means they are carnivore.
Life Cycle
Amur Leopards live 10-15 years in the wild, and up to 17 years in the zoo. It takes around 90 to 105 days for a female to give birth to its young. A female Amur Leopard will have 2-6 young, but the average is usally 3 cubs.
Reproduction and Young
The mom Amur leopard gives birth to live babies, not eggs. The mother usually has 2-6 young. It usually takes around 90-105 days before she has her young. The mother cares for the babies while the father hunts for food. The young go independent at 18-24 months old.
Behavior
The amur leopard can have very unusual behavior at times. But some Amur leopards are different! Most Amur Leopards like to eat alone rather than eat with someone else. Amur leopards are very good climbers just like house cats and spend a lot of time in trees. They are very good swimmers are they are nocturnal witch means they sleep during the day and are active at night.
