Predators and Enemies
Some Amur Leopards are dying out because of habitat destruction, and poaching. Also Amur Leopards have many enemies which makes it hard for them to survive in the wild. But most Amur Leopards are dying out because humans want the leopards because of their beautiful spotted fur. Their predators are roe deer, sika deer, bagers, and hares. Their enemies are jackles, tigers, lions, bears, wild dogs, and many more.
Defense Mechanisms
Amur Leopards hunt at different times then their predators. Female leopards protect their cubs by moving them to safe locations frequently until they are old enough to fend for themselves.
Threats
The main reason why the leopards are dying out is because of humans. Most people want them because of their beautiful spotted fur. People also kill them for their bones for a traditional Chinese medicine. Most Amur Leopards are killed by Russians. There skins are used for carpets and coats.
